My work ethic wasn't built in an office — it was built on the street. In Grade 5, I sold ice buko (ice candy on a stick) after school just to have pocket money. Through elementary and high school, I did other students' homework for a fee to help fund my own school needs. On weekends, I sold shoes on the sidewalk (bangketa) and along the Bicutan pathwalk. By my first year of college, I was working as school-supplies staff just to keep myself enrolled. Nothing about how I work today was inherited — it was earned, one hustle at a time.

I didn't start out as a Virtual Assistant — I started out selling real estate. In 2016, I went full-time selling house-and-lot units for Camella Sta. Maria in Bulacan and closed nearly ₱90 million in sales. I know what it feels like when a lead goes cold because no one followed up, or when a listing sits unorganized and loses a buyer's trust. That's the gap I now close for real estate professionals — because I've lived on both sides of it.

Alongside sales, I spent 12+ years in global BPO — IBM, Concentrix, ResultsCX — handling quality assurance, fraud analysis, and back-office operations for telecom, healthcare, and financial accounts. That's where the SLA discipline comes from: 5-minute response times, documented processes, and zero tolerance for things falling through the cracks.

Today I combine both worlds with AI automation. I build Claude-powered systems — CRMs, lead screeners, listing trackers — that don't just complete your tasks, they eliminate the need to keep re-doing them. You're not hiring someone to follow instructions. You're hiring someone who's sold the deal, run the back office, hustled since Grade 5, and now builds the systems that do it all, faster.
